1. FOCUS AND SCOPE :

Jurnal of Applied and Natural Science Education" is a journal containing scientific articles, theoretical and empirical studies resulting from research by students, academics and practitioners in the fields of Natural Sciences Education (Physics Education, Chemistry Education and Biology Education) and Applied Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) which can be implemented in the context of science learning.

      2. PEER REVIEW POLICY

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.

The research article submitted to this journal will be double blind review at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript.

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief by considering sequence of accepted date and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.

      3. PUBLICATION ETHICS

1. Full responsibility for the contents of the manuscript/article to be published

2. Ensure that the manuscript/article to be published is original work and not plagiarized

3. Do not send the same manuscript/article to more than one journal. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical and unacceptable publication behavior.

4. Manuscripts/articles to be published are in accordance with the field of study that has been determined in the writing guidelines for the Journal of Natural and Applied Science Education.

5. Published articles do not have the potential to cause conflict with certain parties.

All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using a Turnitin software.

      5. AUTHOR GUIDELINES

- Manuscript accepted is written in standard English Language or Bahasa Indonesia.

- The length of the manuscript is approximately 15 pages (or approximately 5000-7000 words), written in Times New Roman 11, A4 paper format, margins: top 2.54; left 2.54; right 2.54; bottom 2.54, two columns (except for abstract, figure or table whose size cannot be reduced due to its readability), justified, single-spaced.

- Manuscript comprises five main headings: Pendahuluan(Introduction); Metode (Method); Hasil dan Pembahasan (Findings and Discussion); Simpulan (Conclusions); Daftar Pustaka (References).

- The title of the manuscript must be as brief as possible and must represent the content of the manuscript.

- Authors’ names are written below the title, followed by authors’ affiliation (name of the affiliation, address, postal code, and country) and e-mail address.

- An abstract is written in two languages: Indonesian and English or only in English if the full text is written in English, as a representation of the manuscript. The abstract should not exceed 250 words for each language format, written narratively comprising aims/objectives, method, and findings of the research/article, in one paragraph.

- Keywords: words or phrases which are important, specific, or representative to the article.

- The references of the article are in the form of journals and non-journals which are published in the last 10 years.

- The manuscript should be written in the following TEMPLATE.
