Keywords: Motivasi belajar, Kebiasaan belajar, Hasil belajar, Siswa Ips, SMA Negeri 9 Kupang.   Abstract: This research aims to identify the influence of study habits and learning motivation on student achievement of learning outcomes in economics subjects in the Social Sciences program at SMA Negeri 9 Kupang.The approach used in this research is quantitative using regression analysis to assess the extent to which these two factors contribute to student learning outcomes. This research involved a population of 170 students from classes XI and XII IPS, with a sample consisting of 120 students selected at random using random sampling techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had previously been tested to ensure its validity and reliability. The findings of this research indicate that learning motivation and study habits have a significant positive influence on learning outcomes, with study motivation making a greater contribution than study habits. The results of this research emphasize the importance of efforts to increase learning motivation and develop good study habits in supporting students' academic success. From these findings, it is recommended that schools develop programs that can increase student motivation and study habits to support the achievement of optimal learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kebiasaan belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di program IPS SMA Negeri 9 Kupang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi untuk menilai sejauh mana kedua faktor tersebut berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi sebanyak 170 siswa dari kelas XI dan XII IPS, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari 120 siswa yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang sebelumnya telah diuji untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kebiasaan belajar memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dibandingkan kebiasaan belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar serta mengembangkan kebiasaan belajar yang baik dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa. Dari hasil temuan ini, disarankan agar pihak sekolah menyusun program yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta kebiasaan belajar siswa guna mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal.
